Players must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in the Philippines. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use jlj2 services.
Each individual may hold only one jlj2 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum deposit is ₱50. Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. jlj2 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing the jlj2 Platform, creating a jlj2 Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms, together with jlj2's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the jlj2 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use a jlj2 Account. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jlj2 strictly enforces this requirement through identity verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
3.2 Jurisdiction. The jlj2 Platform is available exclusively to individuals physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden. It is the Player's responsibility to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their location.
3.3 Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law and that you are not acting on behalf of another person.
3.4 Exclusions. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of jlj2 and its affiliated companies, together with their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in promotions.
4.1 Each Player may register only one (1) jlj2 Account. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual, household, or shared device will be treated as a violation of these Terms. jlj2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated Accounts and withhold balances pending investigation.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlj2 Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. jlj2 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
4.3 You must notify jlj2 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account via the official support channels at jlj2.net.
4.4 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Provision of false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension.
5.1 In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws, jlj2 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests.
5.2 KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
5.3 jlj2 reserves the right to suspend an Account, withhold withdrawals, and require additional documentation at any time where it deems further verification necessary for compliance purposes.
5.4 Withdrawal requests over ₱50,000 are subject to enhanced due diligence procedures, which may include source-of-funds documentation.
6.1 All deposits to jlj2 Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. jlj2 does not impose a deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
6.2 Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other Philippine payment channels as listed on the jlj2 deposit page from time to time.
6.3 Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited funds.
6.4 jlj2 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on Accounts at its discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes.
7.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible.
7.2 Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. jlj2 will not process withdrawal requests from Accounts that have not completed the required identity verification steps.
7.3 jlj2 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within the same Philippine business day.
7.4 jlj2 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
8.1 Bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
8.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in each promotion's terms. Players are advised to read promotion terms carefully before accepting any bonus.
8.3 jlj2 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may be removed from an Account where jlj2 has reasonable grounds to believe they were claimed in breach of these Terms or the applicable promotion's terms.
8.4 Players may only participate in each promotion once unless the promotion's terms explicitly permit multiple entries. Multiple Account holders attempting to claim a promotion more than once will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
9.1 All games offered on the jlj2 Platform operate in accordance with their individual published rules, which take precedence over any verbal or written summary. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers.
9.2 RNG-based games on the jlj2 Platform use independently certified random number generators. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within the game information panels and reflect the statistical long-term performance of each game over millions of rounds.
9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including disconnection from a live casino stream — jlj2 will resolve affected wagers in accordance with its technical malfunction policy. Where a round cannot be fairly determined, affected bets will be voided and staked amounts returned to the Player's Balance.
9.4 jlj2 reserves the right to void any bet placed where a technical error or pricing error has resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlj2 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

12.1 All content on the jlj2 Platform, including but not limited to software, game designs, graphics, text, logos, and trade marks, is the property of jlj2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jlj2 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
12.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jlj2 Platform without jlj2's prior written consent.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jlj2's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your jlj2 Account at the time the claim arises.
13.2 jlj2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gambling winnings, arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
13.3 jlj2 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
14.1 You may close your jlj2 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding compliance holds.
14.2 jlj2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where jlj2 determines that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or where required by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities.
14.3 Upon termination of an Account, all Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are immediately forfeited, regardless of their source or current status.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the jlj2 Platform shall first be submitted to jlj2's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. jlj2 will respond to formal complaints within five (5) Philippine business days.
15.3 Disputes that cannot be resolved through jlj2's internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures. The decision of PAGCOR shall be final and binding on both parties.
16.1 jlj2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, jlj2 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered to your Account.
16.2 Continued use of the jlj2 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
